The very first
step is for you to come in person or send someone
over to the Consular Section in order to pick up the
information packet, which details documents to be gathered, the
forms to be filled out and the evidence to be presented to the
Consular Officer at the time of the interview any Tuesday or
Thursday, between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
The child does not
need to come to the Consular Section until the day of the formal,
scheduled interview.
