List of Scheduled Appointments

We post immigrant visa appointments for the current month by approximately the 15th of the previous month. Simply click on one of the links below. If you do not find your case now, please check back after we have posted the next month's appointments.

If you see your case on the list but have not yet received an appointment letter, please contact us, and we will give you instructions on how to proceed. Remember that mail delivery is sometimes slow, so you should wait until one week prior to your appointment date before contacting us to report that you have not yet received an appointment letter.

Search Tip: The list of appointments is quite long. If you wish to avoid having to scroll through the entire list, you may use the search feature that is included in the Acrobat Reader program. Simply follow these steps:

1) Click on one of the links below.

2) Once the list is displayed on your screen (please be patient - it may take a few minutes for the list to appear), press the black binoculars icon on the toolbar. The “Acrobat Find” dialog box will appear.

3) Enter your case number in the dialog box. The case number has 13 characters - three letters (usually SDO) followed by ten numbers. Enter all 13 characters and click on the button entitled “Find”.

4) Important: DO NOT enter the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) - formerly the Immigration and Naturalization Service - receipt number. The USCIS receipt number also has 13 characters but begins with EAC, LIN, MSC, SRC or WAC. This receipt number will not work on this page.
