U.S. Embassy and
Consular Section Closed January 2 for Day of Mourning
Santo Domingo--The
Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy informs all NON-IMMIGRANT OR
TOURIST VISA applicants with appointments scheduled for January 2, 2007,
that due to the death of Ex-President of the United Status Gerald R.
Ford the Consular Section and embassy offices will be closed that day.
All applicants with appointments for January 2, 2007 must appear for
their interview on the 4 or 5th of January at the same time of their
previously scheduled appointment.
IMMIGRANT VISA applicants with appointments scheduled for January 2,
2007 must appear for their interview on March 2, 2007 at the same time. |
